Whoever mentioned the kudda.com website for coaching training, thanks for the tip. here is another site that has completely free downloads for players that they can download onto their iPod and listen to before games. I think the basketball ones are really good. They are positive, talk about teamwork, fundamentals of the game and really make kids believe in themselves. Im going to forward them to my captain and put him in charge of getting them to the rest of the team.
