  1. Thanks Brian. Feedback or suggestions. I'm looking for exercises that youth wrestlers 9 and under can do to develop body awareness and or body control. Balance exercise in tandem with eachother or individually. (or anything you can suggest). I like the tug of war standing on one foot though. Thank you for your advice.
  2. Any feedback on coordination, balance and body control exercises for youth wrestling would be appreciated. Thank you.
