I am new to coaching 5ht grade girls this year and am looking for team building skills. I have read the forum and come up with great ideas, thank you to all. What I am wondering is during game play, someone makes an error, instead of these girls not doing anything, or just say "that's okay" (which in turn is doing more damage to the self esteem and confidence of ther "errorer") I am looking for some suggestions when they score, when theey make a mistake, etc. for them to come together and create positive sportmanship. I want a team that ppl say, wow, those girls are positive and work together well, win or lose. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Jan
