Hey Coaches, I am considering starting a new NFL Sanctioned flag football league. Can anyone who has started (or is running) a similar league give me some input and thoughts? What are the pitfalls? What would you do differently if you did it again?

I am a 1st time coach for my sons NFL 5 on 5 flag football team. 7-9 year olds. QB can't run. No pitches or laterals. I am assistant coaching with an experienced head coach. I am responsible for the defense and he is taking care of the offense. I would LOVE some input from some experienced coaches on some good defensive drills, as well as different ideas regarding defensive plays. I am currently working with a 3-2 zone and would like some info regarding some different options. Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone. I am new to coaching although I have been one of those parents that comes on the practice field (with the coaches encouragement) to help out occasionally. I am assistant coaching (defense) for my sons 7-9 y.o. flag football NFL sanctioned team in Las Vegas. No pitching, QB can't run. I'd like to get some ideas about different defenses.
