hello hi i'm fadhli from sigapore. i'm just an assistant coach on martial arts. as u now martial arts is an individual sports. just asking what should i do with the reserve team. As you know only the best will play for their weight cetegory, but what should i do with the reserve...? they will sure feel down and demoralize.... what can i do to help them... they train almost everyday and as hard like the 1st team... so its just make their hard work all go down to the drain.... how can i help them...
