How much time before game starts do you require kids to arrive, and what kind of game pre do you guys do.....

should they put hands on their knees on down and then 3 pt stance on set? or go to 3pt stance on down .? once their in 3pt stance either way at down or set is it true they can't move?

what are the steps to running a offensive play ie best cadence {down set hut} when can't the linemen move...

I'am a new coach looking for drills and practice plans for 3rd and 4th grade tackel football...any help would be appreciated.....thanks harns
