coachdad23 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2014 Most of the kids on my son's team are doing strength and agility classes in the offseason, Have anyone of you done these? I have a background in strength and agility and believe I can do the same thing in our back yard. Do you think the classes would be more benificial because he is with his teammates? hollad6636 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2014 That really depends on your son and how motivated he is on his own and how well he takes direction from you. Have you gone to check out the facility? Many times they will give you a free trial so you can see what they offer. Speaking from personal experience we have done it both ways and it was beneficial at first to do the group training with his teammates because he was much more motivated that way.
