Soccer: Advice Needed

HI! I'm coaching a girls u 15 team. The team is playing up, much younger

then the rest of the league. Tourney season coming and girls lack the

aggressiveness needed to be competitive. Had thought by this point

season aggressive would been more evident. They seem to be somewhat

itimidated by older girls. Any advice or message that might help girls

play with intensity shown in practice. Thanks
