I was wondering if anyone has any tips on helping my 9 1/2 year old son getting stronger in his upper body and arms and legs. He has a pretty good size frame 4'6-7 and about 85 lbs but he is not that strong He played football 2 years ago in Alabama where we used to live but was not able to play last football season because we moved to Green Bay Wisconsin and all their slots were full when we got here. He played DE in BAMA and he loves football. He has played basketball 3 years in a row and he still has trouble with having enough strength to get the ball up to the basket. I just dont know how to help him get stronger. I think if he were stronger it would help him be a better player and have more fun. If anyone has his suggestions please let me know.
