Hi, I'm 42, coaching (youth) Flag Football (5 on 5), Football and Soccer in Europe. I've been coaching for around 8 years by now. In Europe, Flag football and Football are growing slowly but surely ... though not easy to compete with Soccer huh ! Thanks for the very useful information, tons of good advice and tips !
