Hello everyone.

I'm going to be coaching flag football for the first time this year. I stumbled on to the following site that is selling guides with drills and plays.

I think it's too expensive at $30. Especially considering it's in PDF format. Do you guys think it's worth it? Or is there something similar for free on the internet?
