I'm thinking about adding a new play in today's practice. I just drew it up. You can find it in the link below. Let me know your thoughts. It's pretty simple, but think if it is executed well, it make for some nice yards. I believe the key to be for the QB to REALLY show his hand-off to the MR (middle receiver). To the point, I might ask the MR to pause a second (while the QB holds out the ball) before running to take the hand-off.
On a side note, one of my players told me he "has been thinking" about a play. It sounded pretty good. I tasked him earlier this week to draw it out (the formation, assignments, and play name)--and we will give it a try. I'll post that as well in the event someone wants to see what he came up with (age 7). ;-)
