I dont know if you would be interested but I could put you in touch with the commissioner of my league, maybe he could give you some tips on getting a league off the ground. I grew up in the City of Berea where the league is and the city offered NO football until middle school,long story short he started this program 2 years ago and we are already over 300 kids in the program with 18 flag teams and 3 tackle teams.
