I'm playing the top team in my 5v5 9-11 league QB can't run. I have mostly 9 yr olds but they're fast and shifty. Speed is my advantage. Passing is king in this league defenses don't miss many flags. Problem is I don't have a solid QB...enough to run a few pass plays to keep them guessing but I want to Run more. I have the standard stable of misdirection, sweeps, reverses and fakes.
Please give you're feedback on this idea. I was thinking of two RB's in a deep wishbone formation. They just run straight at the line so they're up to speed by the time the reach the QB. Qb takes snap under center turns with back to D and hands off. I figure I can have him flash it out to one side or the other to freeze LB's and keep a rusher guessing. Also run the sole WR in motion for a sweep or fake sweep before or after the RB's clear the QB.
I think they'd adjust to it quickly so I may be back to my standard playbook by the half but if I can put a couple quick ones up while their guessing it could be my only chance.
LONG WINDED I KNOW BUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

You can run a standard scissors play. Two running backs like you described. The one on the left goes forward to the right and the one on the right goes forward to the left (they criss cross or scissor). The first one goes on the snap and the second one hesitates for a brief moment and then goes. Most teams will fake the first handoff and give to the second back. I have seen a team fake both and give to an end around. I like the scissors as a basic running play. If the rusher or middle defender guesses wrong or misses flags it can hit for a nice gain. Also, the corners in a 2-1-2 can get sucked in by it leaving the short flats open for a quick pass.
Also incorporate swing passes and delay drags over the middle, things to get the ball into your players hands where they can use their speed.
