In the discussion about "Elevating for Rebounds", Coach Rob provided a Youtube link for a rebounding drill. While there, I saw this link about boxing out. We tried it last night at practice and it seemed to work pretty well. The only thing that I think that I would change is limiting it to 3 pairs of kids. Otherwise, there are just too many bodies flying around for 8-year-old boys.
