Can anyone give me the breakdown on rules regarding man in motion. I know that once players shift they must be at rest for 1 second. And only one player at a time can go in motion. Can the QB call a motion at any time, even if the line is already set? Or does he need tp signal motion before he calls set?

Coming out of a huddle all players must set or rest in on position for one second. Then one player can go in motion. Two players may SHIFT but if this occurs both must get set before the snap.
