Please lend some assistance. I reciently accepted a coaching position as one of the head coaches of a three team flag football organization ages 5 & 6. I love the game and know alot about the game, however I have never coached it before. I am in my second week under the direction of a former Flag Football coach who is ready to move on. We all are about to chose teams and split the children up into three teams. Could someone offer some constructive criticism on coaching, teaching these children the Fundamentals of the sport and more importantly keeping this fun without losing their interest.
