I have just finished my first season as a manager and am proud to say that my group of 6, 7 and 8 year old boys won the league coach pitch championship tournament.
My trouble is this, I need to organize an end of year event to celebrate and distribute trophies and am without a clue what to do.
I am in the process of selling my home and cannot have the party there. I'd like to move it to a local park. I'd like to know if any one has organized an event such as this one and do you have any suggestions on what type of time killing events I can schedule for the kids and parents to keep all entertained?
Need some help, please.

Make it easy on yourself either a swim party and barbeque or contact your local minor league baseball club. They usually offer some kind of party at the park that includes a ticket for each member of your team and hamburgers or hotdogs. You can't go wrong with a swim party. It's summer it's hot and there is no entertaining involved.
