I am torn. We are having a flag all-star game. and I can only pick 3 players.. I have 20 kids on the team and about 6-8  that I would elect. Can any of you please tell me how you selected your's Any ideas would be great. thanks for the help..

Our league holds a annual probowl game at the end of the year that takes place after the SuperBowl. Our probowl is AFC v NFC and there is 14 teams in each conference. Each team sends one player to represent their team in the probowl making it 14 kids on a team and then this game is played 7 vs 7.

The way our league decides on who gets elected is that each kid gets a vote and they cannot vote for themselves. Parents and coaches do not vote. I explain to the kids try and consider all things that make a all star which includes how hard they practice and play in games.

Never had this situation.  I'd have a real hard time.  Maybe let the kids vote for their top-3 with a secret ballot?  Or maybe let the parents vote, they usually know who the better players are and if you do it either of these two ways nobody will feel like you slighted them.

Thanks orange the other issue is that the team is K-2nd I thought about haveing a parents choice, a kids choice and a coaches choice?? what do you think about doing it that way??
