Hello all, new guy.
I am somewhat new in this flag football stuff so I'm still learning some things. We just played the top team that has been blowing other teams out we were up most of game but lost by 2 points at last seconds of the game. I had them doing zone, but would like some into put on which zone defense might work the best on this high passing offense team we played. They really can't throw deep on us beuse of my speed guy but will do dump off passes or 10-15 yards passes.
Curious if Man to man would work?
