Im new to the coaching field. My son is moving up to Junior Pee Wee with 5 other players. I want to keep them all together so I decided to coach. Do you guys have any ideas on recruiting? How to and Where?

How did you come up with these? Did you have to pay someone outside or did u borrow a profressional team logo?
