4th Grade Girls- Small Girl Cant Reach The Goal

when she shoots. She's so tiny that I'm not sure the best way to teach her how to shoot when she can't reach the goal at all. For a girl at this age- any tips or suggestions on how to help her get enough umph- I have her trying a jump shot- 2 hand and I started with the 1inch and 1 ft shot exercise in The Coaches Bible book so we're talking very short distance and still not close

Stride Stop Vs Jump Stop

What exactly is it and how does it differ from a jump stop?- my understanding is a stride stop is more just moving to the ball as it comes to you while a jump stop is more pronounced- I've seen it referred to recently but with no explanation of the differences.

Trying To Locate 4 Up Offense Info

I was at a clinic and the instuctor had his players run an offense called "4 Up"
also he refered it to Michigan St. I couldn't follow it all and can't locate the instructor-

but it started out with pg bring it up and all 4 players lining up across ft line area where movement began. I liked it's simplicity and seemed to create several options-only problem is I have the first few movements not the whole thing and I can't find it anywhere

I have looked thru several books of offenses- even ran Tom Izzo's name on a google search with offense

Anyone that can point me to better info- great valued
