Youth Basketball Drills - Quick Hands Drill



Purpose:
Great drill for working on grabbing loose ball and holding onto it.
Procedure:

Players should be bent at the knees and waist, holding the ball between the knees with one hand in front of the body and one hand behind the body, the player releases the ball and quickly reverses their hands and catches the ball between the legs before the ball hits the ground .
