I have a number of kids how are working away on Coach Mac's 15 week MAX-VERT workout. Its pretty intentse and concerns me they are working to hard. Do you feel a workout with a cardio, jump rope and weight lifting routine is going to help their vertical--I know there is a lot of products out there. One of my kids claims he has gained a few inches in a few weeks of the workout. I can attest consdering he is touching the rim now and couldn't before.
