Before posting a question, it helps if you:

Hey guys im coaching 12-14 now we can rush from 7 yards off the ball but does that mean everyone has to line up 7 yards off the ball . I know its a stupid question but im really not sure

Not a stupid question. It means your rusher has to be 7 yds off the ball. Your other players can line up anywhere. Most leagues will have the refs mark off the rush line so you know where your rusher has to be. A lot of teams will have 2 or 3 players back 7 yds so they can send different rushers or more than one.
