1.
Have offensive lineman get into a good pass set stance.

Have partner push from different sides, trying to make the
lineman lose his wide base set and balance.
3.
Partner can try either pushing or pulling.
4.
Make the lineman maintain his base by sliding to recover.
Make sure the lineman never cross their feet and keep a
wide shoulder width base.
5.
Start off the drill with the linemen's arms behind them
and then work with their arms fully extended. |
